This free tool assists Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) professionals with writing effective casenotes by allowing voice-to-text input, followed by generating a prompt for AI to revise or edit the casenote as desired using the options below. Press "Start Recording," speak your casenote, select Rewrite Options, then click "Generate Prompt." DO NOT USE ANY PII OR PHI in your casenote to ensure confidentiality. You can add such details if necessary when entering the revised casenote into your agency's case management system.
Additional Options:You may also type or copy/paste a casenote that you’ve already written into the text box below. You can use the Custom Request field to add requests such as “Edit into a SMART goal, Write as an e-mail instead of a casenote, Write on a 8th grade level, etc.” The possibilities are endless!
